Ex Bunnings Auburn Site Leased to Super A-Mart

Wingdom Group is pleased to announce that the ex Auburn Bunnings site(311-315 Parramatta Road,Auburn,NSW,2144) is now fully leased to Australia's largest discount bedding and furniture retailer Super A-MART until 2023 plus 2x5 year options.There is a 2mil fitout on the exsiting building and the new store will start trading in Oct 2013,and there will also be a BBQ Galore shop inside.
