Wingdom Group recently sold the property on 311-315 Parramatta Rd Auburn NSW to Moss Capital.The subject property is currently under brand new 10+5+5 year lease to Super A-Mart.The future investment focus of Wingdom Group will be on Sydney and Melbourne metro neighborhood shopping centres.
